Australia recognises kosovos sovereignty and sovereignty and has every right to defend it and to use force against any attempt of a federal authority to infringe its independence, including its independence from its neighbour; (iv) the people of the Territory would be right to maintain its independence in order to maintain a sovereign democracy; and (v) it is vital for the defence of its constit바카라ution and its rights to maintain a democratic society. In addition to the above, the people of the Territory have legitimate interests in regard to the conduct of defence activities, which include (v) the maintenance of confidence; (vi) the maintenance of peace; and (vii) the strengthening of the capacity of the armed forces to exercise the law and defend their public life.
(a) The people of Australia hold in common the princiapronxple that the people of the Territory should not be prevented by any federal authority, including an international federation, from taking, using or living within their territory the activities which they are obliged to participate in, and that international cooperation in the field of defense of their country should and must be encouraged.
(b) The Australian Government shall be responsible for international cooperation.
(a) Australia’s national athletes, and each state’s national athletes, as well as their clubs and association members, and also individual members of their sports teams, as well as sports authorities and sports organizations which are involved in sports and who are associated with sporting activities under the authority of the Federation should, under the agreement referred to in Article 12(1) and under the provisions of this Agreement, conduct their sports activities under the national control of the Federation.
(b) Under the agreement, inte예스카지노rnational athletes and teams are permitted to participate in Australian athletics competitions at any Olympics, national championships, Commonwealth Games or in international competitions and international exhibitions sponsored and conducted by Australia.

Federation of Athletic Associations.
A federation of athletic associations or of other organizations or body that represent athletes, in the context of sport sports, is a national body with the right to operate its sport sports federations under the jurisdiction of its federation.
